A6400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the a6400 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time — users are responsible for checking this page periodically.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the a6400 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
Continued use of the a6400 platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are not legally prohibited from participating in betting activities in Malaysia.
A6400 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any user's access without providing a reason, at the sole discretion of management.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the a6400 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is entirely your responsibility. You are required to notify a6400 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. a6400 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not to share your account with any other party.
- Not to use automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not to attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the odds or payout system.
- Comply with all local laws applicable to betting activities within your jurisdiction.
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering.
- Submitting false or misleading information during the registration or account verification process.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward support staff.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or accepting payment to wager on someone else's behalf.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system through improper methods or fraudulent means.
- Sharing account information or session tokens with unauthorised parties.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the a6400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. a6400 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to platform-defined limits and may change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe upon completion of account verification. a6400 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to an account is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified conditions. Users suspected of abusing promotions may have their bonuses suspended or their account closed.
A6400 does not charge hidden fees on standard transactions. However, the user's bank or e-wallet provider may apply charges in accordance with their own policies, and a6400 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

Platform Liability Limit
A6400 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, technical errors, or service downtime. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and a6400 is not liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or loss of profit — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
A6400 is not liable for any disputed betting outcomes resulting from technical errors, connection issues, or data delays during live matches. Where a clear error in the odds or payout system is identified, a6400 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the user.
A6400's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
A6400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account immediately and without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any term set out in this document, or is involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any compensation, outstanding bonuses, or promotional credits. Real money balances (excluding bonuses) may be reclaimed in accordance with procedures set by the support team, subject to further investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting a6400 support via email. Voluntary account closure does not affect the user's right to withdraw any real money balance remaining in the account.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the a6400 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of a6400 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or repurpose any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from a6400.
The a6400 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. a6400 has no control over the content or policies of those external sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services. By clicking on those links, users are deemed to have accepted the terms of the respective third-party sites.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
A6400 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the a6400 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed procedures or through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
